Re Performance of Mahler 8 in Liverpool Cathedral 1st October 2011

From a member of the RLPC who asked for her comment to be passed on:-

Whatever you did in rehearsal today worked so the singing was great but more than that they were very well behaved, really polite and it was obvious that they wanted to do a good job.

THANK YOU to everyone who supported the choir on their recent cathedral singing week to Peterborough. We all had a marvellous time and the choir was on fine form throughout the week and it was good to see family and friends swell the congregation, and to see the vergers having to put out extra seats to accommodate everyone! Recordings were made of all the services and a CD and commemorative DVD will be available in the near future.
